1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how U5AI Digital (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our websites (including u5aidigital.com) and our mobile learning app Lotaya Shwe Oh.

Lotaya Shwe Oh is a learning and engagement app. In-app points are virtual units for educational progress and eligible app features. They are not cash, wages, or a promise of income. Cash withdrawal is not offered inside the Lotaya Shwe Oh mobile app.

2. Information we collect

  • Website / Google login: name, email, profile picture (when you sign in with Google)
  • Contact forms: name, email, message content
  • Lotaya Shwe Oh account: name, email, hashed password, optional phone, referral codes
  • App activity: points history, check-ins, quizzes/games, course applications, gift-code redemptions, AI-tool text you submit
  • Technical data: IP-based country for region access control (no GPS permission)
  • Advertising: Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers inside Lotaya Shwe Oh

3. Microphone

The optional Record to Text feature in Lotaya Shwe Oh uses the microphone for on-device speech recognition. We do not use microphone access for advertising. Transcripts you choose to convert may be sent to our servers to complete the feature.

4. How we use information

  • Provide website services, learning features, and support
  • Activate purchased digital services when applicable
  • Operate points and eligible in-app features
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and blocked-region access
  • Show optional ads through Google AdMob in Lotaya Shwe Oh

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

You may delete your Lotaya Shwe Oh account in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or request deletion on the web. Full steps, what we delete, what we may retain, and processing times are explained in our Account Deletion Policy (Play Store account-deletion URL).

6. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).
