Account Deletion Policy

1. Purpose

This page explains how users of Lotaya Shwe Oh can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data. It is provided so users can request deletion without installing the app, as required by Google Play policies for apps that allow account creation.

Account deletion means the account is removed and associated user data is deleted. Temporarily freezing, disabling, or deactivating an account is not treated as deletion.

2. How to request account deletion

You may use any of the methods below. No payment is required.

A. In the Lotaya Shwe Oh app (recommended)

  1. Open Lotaya Shwe Oh and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm with your account password.
  4. Deletion is processed immediately after a successful confirmation.

B. Web request form (no app install needed)

Submit a deletion request on our secure web form using the same email and password as your Lotaya Shwe Oh account:

Successful web deletion is processed immediately after password verification.

C. Email request (if you cannot use A or B)

Email ufiveaidigital@gmail.com with subject Lotaya Shwe Oh — Account Deletion Request and include:

  • The email address registered on your Lotaya Shwe Oh account
  • Your public user ID (if you still have it)
  • A clear statement that you want the account and associated data deleted

We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving a valid request. We may ask for additional verification to prevent fraud.

3. What is deleted

When your Lotaya Shwe Oh account is deleted, we delete associated account data from our systems, including:

  • Account profile: name, email, hashed password, optional phone number
  • Authentication tokens / session credentials
  • Points balance and point transaction history tied to the account
  • Referral code linkage for that account (where stored)
  • Gift-code redemption records tied to the account
  • Course applications tied to the account
  • AI tool history / submitted text records tied to the account
  • Content lock / progress records tied to the account
  • Withdraw / exchange requests tied to the account (if any exist on our servers)

After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in with that account. Virtual points and in-app progress are permanently lost and cannot be restored.

4. What may be retained (and why)

We may retain limited information only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or legal / regulatory compliance. Examples:

  • Short-term server backups that are overwritten on a normal backup cycle
  • Security / fraud logs that are not used for advertising or product profiling
  • Records we are legally required to keep (if any apply)
  • Aggregated or anonymized statistics that cannot reasonably identify you

Third-party services (for example Google AdMob) may process advertising identifiers under their own policies. Deleting your Lotaya Shwe Oh account does not automatically delete data held solely by those third parties under their independent controls.

5. Processing time

  • In-app or web form: immediate after successful password verification
  • Email request: within 30 days after we verify the request

Backup systems may take additional time to purge residual copies as backups expire.

6. Important notes (Play Store / product clarity)

  • Lotaya Shwe Oh points are virtual learning units — not cash.
  • The mobile app does not provide in-app cash withdrawal.
  • Deleting your account does not create any cash payout entitlement.
  • This policy applies to Lotaya Shwe Oh accounts operated by U5AI Digital.
