1. Agreement

By accessing u5aidigital.com, related pages, digital services we sell, or the Lotaya Shwe Oh mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy.

2. Services

We provide AI and digital solutions information, optional premium digital subscriptions / development services, and Lotaya Shwe Oh — an independently developed learning and engagement app with quizzes, local surveys, tutorials, simple games, and optional AI tools.

Lotaya Shwe Oh is not a bank, wallet, remittance service, gambling product, or employment platform. Points are not cash. Cash withdrawal is not offered inside the Lotaya Shwe Oh mobile app.

3. Accounts and security

  • Keep Google login and app passwords confidential.
  • Do not misuse services for illegal AI use, unauthorized software distribution, fraud, or abuse.
  • Do not create accounts through automated or deceptive methods.

4. Website digital services & payments

Payments for website premium subscriptions or custom projects must use our official payment channels only. Activation instructions are provided through official Telegram / contact channels. Unofficial collectors are not authorized.

5. Lotaya Shwe Oh learning points

  • Points may be awarded for eligible learning activities or completed rewarded ads.
  • Points are virtual in-app units — not cash, e-money, crypto, savings, or guaranteed income.
  • Points cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or withdrawn as cash inside the mobile app.
  • Amounts, eligibility, and limits may change to prevent abuse.

6. Ads and third parties

Lotaya Shwe Oh may show optional rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Third-party tools (for example OpenAI, Canva) have their own terms. We are not liable for interruptions caused solely by third-party policy or API changes.

7. Fair use

Hacking, bots, fake activity, ad/point manipulation, and multi-account abuse are prohibited. We may remove points and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
